Accounting Expert

As an Accounting Expert you will

• Accounting and recording income, expenditure, asset, and liability movements in the accounting program correctly and timely
• Ensuring that income statement and balance sheet accounts are up to date.
• Checking the accuracy of current accounts and making account reconciliations of companies
• Drawing up invoices in accordance with the customer contract and ensuring communication with the sales representative. Checking the accuracy of invoices and ensuring data entry into the accounting program.
• Conducting credit card reconciliations.
• Recording depreciation expenses and reflecting them in financial statements
• To coordinate and manage the declaration notifications to the official institutions are made on time
• To follow the changes made in general legislation such as accounting legislation, tax legislation to ensure compliance within the company
• Carrying out the daily banking and cash flow transactions of the company
• Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments ,banks and customers.
• Tracking of the R&D personnel payroll and transferring it to the relevant management
• Making all payments regularly.
• Follow-up of monthly tax liabilities of all group companies with  financial and account advisor
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting Department 

Requirements

• At least 3 year experience in relevant fields
• Having knowledge on general accounting practices, uniform chart of accounts and tax legislation
• Experienced on current account tracking and payments
• Experienced on end of month closure and reporting processes,
• Good at reading and writing skills in English,
• Knowledge of Luca,Paraşüt program
• Having knowledge in MS Office tools ( word, excel , etc.),
• Willingly accomplish daily tasks with teamwork,
• Being analytical, self-motivated, deadline oriented, fast-learner and result oriented,curious mindset
• Giving attention to details
• Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity.
