Our innovative solutions help businesses transform and scale in today’s competitive landscape. We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Presales Manager to join our team.

What does a Technical Presales Manager do?

As a Technical Presales Manager at Kloia, you will be responsible for aligning customer needs with technical solutions, managing key vendor relationships, and driving the technical sales process from start to finish. Your role will encompass not only designing and presenting tailored solutions but also conducting vendor syncs, reviewing deals, responding to RFPs, and shaping the technical sales strategy. This pivotal role requires expertise in Kloia’s core offerings, including AWS Cloud, DevOps, GenAI, and Observability, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.

As a Technical Presales Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop technical solutions that align with Kloia's offerings.
  • Lead vendor syncs and deal reviews to ensure alignment with AWS, Docker, CNCF, Rancher, and other strategic partners.
  • Create and deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to potential customers.
  • Actively manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and support during deals.
  • Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), crafting comprehensive and compelling responses that highlight Kloia’s technical strengths.
  • Develop the technical sales strategy, guiding the sales team on how to best present and position Kloia’s technical solutions to prospective clients.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth handover to engineering and delivery teams for successful implementations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Kloia’s evolving service portfolio, and competitive positioning to refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct post-sales technical evaluations to continuously improve solution offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a presales or sales engineering role, with a focus on AWS Cloud, DevOps, or App Modernization projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and conduct vendor syncs and deal reviews.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, and observability tools.
  • Experience in RFP responses and technical proposal writing.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to shape and drive the technical sales strategy, contributing to the overall sales growth.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills due to the international vendor and client base.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with a remote team, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
